My sister is having this same problem. She told me that google (who owns blogger) has made a bunch of changes to blogger and you now have to buy space to have your pictures uploaded to your blog. I think you have to buy the space from picasa, but I could be wrong. Stupid blogger! Good luck!

Yeah, I already bought space a few months ago. I wonder what the problem is now?? grrr!!
