Thanksgiving Part 1

We spent Thanksgiving with my family in Orem.  It was a gorgeous day!

My sister, Jill and I made Thanksgiving dinner this year.  This was my first time ever making stuffing aka dressing.  It was pretty darn easy and tasted good!  We had a great dinner!

Yum Yum!  My mom has had a really good recovery and felt well enough to eat dinner with us.  We were thankful for that.

The girls really liked the turkey.

My mom had surgery the day before Thanksgiving.  All went well and she was able to have a lumpectomy to remove the cancer.  It was a long day full of ups and downs.  We were all relieved with the outcome.

My grandma and grandpa came from Altamont to wait with us during the surgery.

My mom's sister, Janet and my dad.

My mom's sister, Diane.

And my mom's sister, Cindy.  It was very supportive of my aunts and grandparents to come out for the surgery.  It was nice to be all together to visit, laugh, cry and pass the time.  Jeff was a sweetheart to watch the kids all day too, so I could be at the hospital.

Jilly Bean was there too. :)  Can't forget Jill the Pill!
