Working It Out

Here are me and Ashton cuddling after Jeff and I got home from exercising.  We try to go on walks every day, weather permitting.  The weather hasn't been letting us as much as we'd like too lately.  We bundle up though, when needed, and head out for a lovely walk.  It's a great time for Jeff and I to get some exercise, spend time together and talk.  When we aren't able to go for walks outdoors, we go to the rec center and use the elliptical machines and stationary bikes.  We've really been enjoying it!
